This class is like milk - it builds strong bones and does a body good! We alternate our strength training focus in order to maximize results and give ample time for muscle recovery. May use a combination of TRX, weights, kettlebells, medicine balls, stability equipment, and more.

Pulse and shake your way through this Barre class with sustained holds and micro movements, designed so that no muscle is left behind. We use light weights and high repetitions while challenging your stamina and flexibility. And we promise – it burns so good. This class is low-impact with high reward. Our mobility class combines soft tissue work with both dynamic and static stretching and core stability exercises to improve posture and range of motion. This class can be implemented as active recovery on rest days, or combined with other workouts in the same day. Improved mobility reduces the risk of injury in everyday life, and supports gains made in the gym. This class is appropriate for all ability levels to help your body move efficiently. If you want to be able to do the splits like Michael Jackson, this class is clearly a must. (Mat required)
This head to toe dance workout will put your entire body to the test, all while moving to some sick beats! Dance can be intimidating, but we’ve got you. This is a safe space in which anyone can feel comfortable letting loose. This workout is designed to target cardiorespiratory endurance, muscle strength, and increased flexibility, all while having an absolute blast. We show up and we celebrate each other. So get going, and leave feelin’ good as hell.
Flow yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between asanas (yoga postures) matched with breath. This practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. Expect stress and and tension relief as you move through the postures and connect with your breathing. No experience necessary, all levels are welcome! (Mat required)
