Based on current regulations, we do not require masks to be worn by our vaccinated riders and staff. Class times are spaced out to minimize cross traffic. We do not accept cash in order to reduce risk of contamination - all transactions are completed via a card on file. However, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease. By visiting ARISE, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. We understand that these policies can sometimes create division amongst us, but as professionals and leaders in the industry, let’s set a positive example for the community by working together to provide a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
Yes, an active account is required. It’s very simple and should take you only a few minutes. Create one now via our website www.arisegym.com or via our app. From here you’ll be able to buy classes, book your spot, and manage your account. All classes must be pre-booked to guarantee space. Contact us at hello@arisegym.com if you need assistance.
You must have an account on file to book a class, though we can help walk you through the process once you download the app on your phone. In addition, you must have a credit card on file for all purchases. We are a cashless studio.
No. You can buy a single class if you’re terrified of commitment. But just FYI: the packages and memberships are the better deal.
Yes, we offer monthly packages and unlimited memberships. Check our website or download our app for more information!
Nope, buy all the credits you want and change it up as you please.
The schedule goes live every Sunday at 2pm CST for the following week (Monday-Sunday).
You may opt to join the waitlist if a class is fully booked. If you choose to join the waitlist, please be ready to show up. Our system will automatically enroll you into the class if someone cancels up until 1 hour prior to the start of class time. You will receive an email notification confirming your spot. A no show/late cancel when booked from the waitlist will result in a loss of credit or fees depending on your membership. Avoid these fees and remove yourself from the waitlist if you become unavailable.
Yes! You can purchase gift certificates online or at the studio.
Single classes and limited class packages can be shared. These must be transferred to the alternate member with an active account (no one can take class under someone else’s name). Unlimited memberships are for individual use ONLY and cannot be transferred.
No, unfortunately not. All class and package sales are final.
Please contact us at hello@arisegym.com so we can work it out.

Yes! If one member of your household is already paying for a full-price unlimited membership, we offer discounts for spouses/partners or dependent children living at the same address. You MUST contact the studio to take advantage of this discount. Be prepared to provide proof of residency.
We recommend arriving at the studio 10 minutes before class for check-in and to get situated. 15 minutes is recommended if it’s your first time at our studio (make sure to give us a heads up)! Please note that if you are not signed in by the time class begins, your spot could be released to a standby client.
Say hey and mention that it is your first time. We’ll get you taken care of.
To ensure that your spot is not released to a standby client, please make every effort to arrive to ARISE prior to the start of your class.
It is your responsibility to cancel your reservation if you cannot attend class. You must cancel 12 hours prior to class in order to keep your credit. No show/no cancels within 12 hours will result in a loss of credit or fees, depending on your membership. Cancellations must be made via the app or website. We do not accept cancellations via email, text message, or phone call. If you do not show for your reservation, or if you cancel less than 12 hours before your class, you will be charged for that reservation. If you are on an unlimited recurring membership, there will be a late cancellation or no show fee of $15 assessed. If you are feeling unwell, DO NOT ATTEND CLASS. Contact us with any special circumstances. To help accommodate your late cancellation, you may attempt to make a same day switch (subject to availability) to avoid losing a credit - but email us ASAP at hello@arisegym.com to make this happen!
Yes. If you didn’t make it into class, you can still come as a standby. Just arrive early for class and add your name to the standby list (speak to the instructor). At the start of class, open spots will be released and standby clients will be allowed into class in the order they arrived. We cannot ensure that a spot will be available.
